Paragon Service Pros were EXCELLENT! Got my unit installed on a 116 degree day. Next day installation from the time we reached out! Cleaned up well and took care of the house while the work was being completed. Amazing service and amazing people, thanks again!

Had air conditioner that quit working yesterday evening. Not good in Phoenix with temp in the 100's. Called warranty company but the earliest they could get someone was two days. My wife is on hospice care and can't be moved and I'm recovering from a bad fall. Called Paragon, who answered without a recording, and they had someone out within the hour! Keola was very friendly and efficient and had diagnosed the problem, dual capacitor, and fixed it within a few minutes. Temp is currently 90 inside of house and dropping rapidly. Thank you so much! I don't know what we were going to do. Will definitely use in the future. P.S. they sent me a handwritten thank you note for my review and business. Who does that anymore? Very appreciated and surprised.

Top of line service from tech Brandon. He was professional, personable and a pleasure to do business with. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner that was easy to understand. Bonus was he had a great sense of humor! When your AC goes on the fritz and it’s 108 out give Paragon a call and if your lucky you will get Brandon although I have no doubt all the techs are of this caliber with this company.
