Although their prices were relatively cheap, the service was incredibly frustrating. I was told nearly every day that someone was coming, only for them to no-show about 80% of the time. Communication was spotty at best — full of excuses or just complete silence.What should’ve been a quick job dragged out over 1–2, maybe even 3 months. They frequently arrived without the right tools or parts, promised to come back later that day, and then never did. They also forgot things multiple times, adding more delays.To make matters worse, they told me they had fixed everything and it was “good to go.” But when I came home later, they had never turned the downstairs AC back on, and the upstairs unit they did “fix” wasn’t working at all. I walked into a house that was over 90 degrees inside — with two pets in there. That is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.On top of that, they left two holes in my ceiling — which they didn’t bother to fix — likely because they cut them in the wrong spot for the vent.If reliability, communication, and getting the job done in a reasonable time matter to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
