From the moment I called Tech-On-Deck, I knew this was going to be a great experience. Jody was so very helpful and attentive to what I said and needed. After five and a half years of system alerts and numerous problems with a new HVAC unit, I found a company that wanted to help resolve the issues. Justin was persistent and dedicated to finding the problem and fixing it. There were a number of things he had to correct/handle. He did not give up. My unit runs so quietly, and we have not had any system alerts since he worked on it. I found them caring, professional, reasonable and dependable. I highly recommend Tech-On -Deck!

Justin and Shawn presented our options clearly and patiently answered our many questions. Justin, in particular, showed a deep knowledge of the products and helped us feel confident in our decision. Jody in the office made the process seamless by coordinating financing, scheduling the installation, and handling all paperwork and utility incentives.

Bradley and Hunter have been our service Techs today and what a couple nice and knowledgeable young men. The picture I took is how clean they left our yard. I will not be calling anybody else to service our unit but them. I highly recommend this company to everyone that needs great quality work for any heat and air work.
