From the get go Mark was punctual attentive and courteous. He really made me feel like he was taking care of me. I’ve had horrible experiences with other hvac companies but Reliant HVAC is really top notch. Mark was very honest with me and let me know the condition of my system and what it would take to repair and the expectations for the repair and he WAS VERY CLEAN. He never made me feel pressured. I am definitely recommending Reliant HVAC to friends and family.

Mark came out and helped get our system up and running.He was very Honest and Straightforward by informing us that the furnace door was loose and that causes the system to shut off. Mark came for a system replacement consultation and I was amazed by how knowledgeable he is at such a young age. He told me everything from why my system had so much issues to how I can remedy it. He didn’t push for a new unit from the get go and explained how my existing unit can be restored to 100 percent efficiency.
