AC was not cooling. The technicians arrived on time and went to work immediately. They recharged my system and discussed the possibility of future problems to make me aware of potential issues. They were courteous and respectful at all times. I highly recommend Backcountry and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Hunter is the man! We needed two new large units. A central heat and air unit for the main house and a two Zone mini-split for our addition. Our house was built in 1956 with a large L shaped addition in 2006, so we had to do some problem solving to get all areas heated and cooled. We also had to get him to redo almost all of the old inadequate poor duct work. The price was much more reasonable than others. Plus others were not really interested as we live in Custer. Hunter replies to your inquiries in a timely manner. Very professional along with online invoices and payments. Hunter is a very professional man who cares and is growing his buisness, helping homeowners that most others ignore. He has a very prosperous future ahead. We are so thankful for him. Our heating and air bills are lower. The units we got had about $2000 in federal tax credits, sweet! We can now relax in the cold winters. A ++
