I thought our HVAC system was going out, but Jake quickly put those worries to rest. He came out to service our outdoor unit, thoroughly cleaned it, and replaced the fan motor. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to fix the actual issue instead of pushing us toward a full system replacement. We were so pleased with Ebelution for our recent new heater and air conditioning unit purchase and install.Michael came out promptly to give us a quote. He provided several options to choose from and was great at answering questions over the next few weeks as we got quotes from multiple companies and decided on which heater was best for us.We ultimately ecided to go with Ebelution because we wanted another Rheem (our previous heater was a Rheem and was still running after 28 years!) and they were the only company in Rapid who sells that brand. They were able to get us on their schedule even more quickly than we expected!We're also so happy with our new ecobee thermostat — 10/10 recommend for ease of use (the best we've ever seen!) and the ability to control our heat remotely. Plus, we love the midcentury modern look of it.Tanner did an amazing job with installation, and Chris assisted when they had to install new lines through our crawl space to avoid having to cut through drywall.Ebelution arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of the day, and the front office was great at communicating every step of the way. Terrible customer service. They installed my Mitsubishi mini split and have worked on it numerous times with the same issues going on. While working it, they have broken parts off and gave me the run around to getting them fixed. Originally they told me they would fix the broken parts. I have had to call them after months of silence and they told me they would call me back. I had to recall them and once again told they would call me back. This has been a 8 month process with still no word from them. They are happy to take your money but don’t back their work.
We had a ducted heat pump installed in the last week of December to beat the deadline for 2025 tax credit, to replace our aging heat pump. We decided on the Mitsubishi ducted Hyper Heat unit which can run down to 5° at 100% capacity and added a 10 KW heat kit as a supplement for the extremely cold nights. We live about 40 miles from Rapid City. They called as the they left Rapid City and promptly arrived 45 minutes later. Two installers completed the install in one long day (no breaks). They were very knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi equipment and gave me a tutorial of the wireless thermostat. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. It runs flawlessly and is super quiet.Thanks to everyone at Ebelution
They couldn’t get their brand new AC unit to work correctly. The brand new unit ran for days as our house kept getting hotter. It was a battle to get them to come out again and again. They gave me constant new reasons of why my house wasn’t suitable. The owner, Josh, was very stern/mean and would tell me how knowledgeable he was over and over. Never once would he listen to me about the problem that needed addressed.In the end, he finally removed the unit and refunded only the cost of the unit. I lost hundreds of dollars and lots of time.A different company in town installed the same size unit and had my house cooled down within hours.Josh wanted me to spend thousands of dollars in insulation, moving my thermostat, and also changing out windows. He said that’s what it was going to take to get his A/C unit to work.
