We had decided it was time to look into a replacement heat pump system for our house. Justin returned my call promptly and arranged to meet with us. He provided various options and answered questions without any sales pressure. The installation was completed on time by Robbie and Luke. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. From the first contact with Precision Mechanical to the final installation this was a positive experience.
Sam from Precision has been providing excellent work solving issues at my house. He had the experience needed to make my repairs, did it quickly, and had a smile the entire time. He is a man who enjoys his work, and takes pride in what he does. My garage heater was not working and Sam first looked at the thermostat on the wall. He determined that parts were broken and could not connect to make the heater turn on. Sam gave me a choice of two different thermostats that were available. I chose one and Sam replaced it. My garage is now heated!!! Sam is friendly, kind, efficient, and the man I want to call when I need mechanical work done on my house. I recommend him for people who want an excellent outcome for their home issues. I would add that Lukas was also with Sam. Both are excellent men to work with!!
Good experience! Our heat wouldn't turn on for the first cooler day of the season. We tried a few things ourselves, but then called them up. They didn't have any openings for a few days, but it wasn't an emergency, so no big deal. (In the past, they have come out right away when it was actually urgent.) The mechanic (I think his name was Lukus) arrived when he said he would arrive, which was a huge plus for me. He was able to diagnose the issue right away, and got the furnace running. He cycled it on and off several times to make sure we wouldn't run into the same issue in a few days. I asked him to replace the part, just to be safe. He did and cycled the furnace on and off several times again to make sure everything was working well. He was in and out in about an hour or less. So I'd definitely recommend this company.
Phil and Lucas were very professional during the entire installation process, they answered any questions that I had, great overall experience.
