We had a HVAC replacement after our old system stopped working. Everyone i spoke to from start to finish was very professional and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics which i appreciated. Prices were very reasonable. The guys who did my install were very efficient and respectful of my home. Very easy company to do business with and overall a positive experience.
We called first thing Sunday morning expecting a problem, because it was the weekend, having someone come out. However, Mike came out first thing, and gave us great service. Our oil lines were frozen, and he worked his magic. I found Mike extremely knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant. We are so pleased that we are getting a service contract with them. Advanced Comfort absolutely delivered when it mattered most. Paul, Tom, and Dawn were all incredibly responsive, efficient, and provided truly top-notch customer service. We were dealing with a difficult situation during an already difficult time, and this team showed up in every way that counts.For context, we received our diagnostic on Monday, and they had our new equipment scheduled for installation by Wednesday — that kind of turnaround is rare these days. Seth , the Installation Manager came in with his team and got it done in less than 7 hours . Not to mention we had several inches of snow outside which normally would have created a delay . Even more impressive, they didn’t leave us hanging in the meantime. They offered emergency heaters to keep us comfortable while we waited for the equipment to arrive. That’s old-school service and real human decency.I can’t say enough about this team. Professional, compassionate, and efficient. If you want a company that actually stands behind their work and their customers, Advanced Comfort is it.
Had a duct tear in June 2025 and had it repaired for $239. Tore again in Dec 2025. That was $941. So, it was $1180 to apply duct tape. The second time, the repair person moved the duct about 4" and added some zip ties. I have emailed the company twice, to see if this is a typical price. No response. I've added photos of the work. Just wanted to see if this is $1180 worth of work or am I missing something?Updated: Dean corrected my invoice. I do appreciate that they reached out to make this right.
