We especially appreciated his honesty in explaining that the furnace truly needed replacement and walking us through the options without any pressure. Very disappointed. Guy came out dismissed one of the two problems i had. Fixed the easy problem but didn't finished the job. He left the screws out of the front case Updated Comfort pro contacted me & sent someone out at my earliest convenience. He double check everything and educated me. Very pleased with how Comfort Pro handled the situation & did make it right Thank you

Isaac (the tech) was very professional and polite, even though he had to go return the part because it was faulty and get a new one. As a matter of fact everyone within the company I spoke with was very professional. The price ($1000.00 plus) was a bit high considering it took less than 30 minutes from start to finish to swap out the unit (4 screws and 2 electrical connections) which only cost $150.00 to $250.00, and yes I looked up the price. But with my senior citizen and military discount they lessened the shock and sting a little. Note; maybe deduct the cost of the first inspection/ service call from cost of actual installation if the customer has you do the repair/ install.
