Our Sales personal Dan Mac was very good and explained everything to us and gave us the furnace that matched our house. The two installers that game were very professional and did beautiful work. Have not seen men work that hard in a long time. The tech that game down to help my husband set the thermostat and furnace up was also very helpful. Thanks for a job well done

Replaced a new 50 gallon of hot water tank. Two installers came, that helps to expedite the installations, also that will benefit to haul away the old tank with two persons. Carpets to protect the floor, power pump to empty out the water from the old tank. Never have these services from previous four tanks replacement. Had problem with the hot water with the new tank, found out it was my fault since I set up the temp to low. Once reset the temp to the red dial area no problem with the hot water. Installers and the follow up are very professional.
