Annual service is fantastic. They come by twice a year to check on the AC/Heater and clean it out. They know their stuff. Technicians are always knowledgeable, friendly, and well prepared.
Their speed and service was fantastic. They were able to give me a quote on what service they’d recommend on an old unit vs replacing the unit during our inspection period on a building we were purchasing. Really helped us make an informed decision on how to move forward.
I had an intermittent heat issue. The tech they sent to my house was Brett, he was incredibly efficient, clean, and honest. He cleaned sensor, was in and out quickly, took a moment to explain to me what was going on. On top of that, the bill was very reasonable in my opinion. Will definitely be using A&R again in the future for any maintenance or repairs that pop up.
Had a great experience having 2 mini splits installed in our guesthouse. They communicated well, installed on time as quoted, and explained how to use it. I especially loved how they offered 18 mo interest-free financing.
