These guys were great. Less than a week from the time I called them until it was fixed. Pretty happy with this as the weather is just starting to get hot and I expected them to be busy.They repaired a leak on my mini split unit and recharged it with refrigerant. Hourly rate was reasonable and the price of the refrigerant was as expected. The techs were friendly, respectful, and knew what they were doing. They were up front about the cost, and kept me updated when the leak was found to be in a difficult to reach location.
Our 20yr old HVAC Unit died its final death this year and was unable to be repaired. Having to make large, and 100% necessary purchase for one’s home is never without some level of anxiety. But Jason Sanchez Heating and Air made the process pleasant and stress free.We were given three different options to choose from when deciding which unit we wanted to buy and how much we wanted to spend. We ended up going with the top of line Bosch unit based on Jason’s personal experience with the unit and the reviews I sought out online.The new unit should yield us some real savings our PG&E bill over the Summer while cooling and during the winter while heating. I’ll update my review in a couple of months to give a full throated ?? on the utility bill savings.Justin and Tony were the technicians who came out to do the install. I can’t say enough good things about these two. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We really felt taken care of.When making a purchase this significant, it’s extremely comforting to feel a sense of trust for the company itself, and the technicians performing the service.
