The whole crew from Redding Heating & Air from Nick (team lead), Tory, Austin, Michael, Christopher, Carlos, and Josh (install manager) did an outstanding job. Nick and Tory were very professional from start to finish, showed a strong work ethic, and clearly take pride in what they do. Tory Tyree went the extra mile to reassure our HVAC, tankless water heater, and whole house water filtration system installation was done right. I would highly recommend their services.

After meeting with TJ Stewart, the comfort adviser, we felt completely confident in our decision. He spent a great deal of time with us going over every detail and making sure we understood the entire process from start to finish.Our technician, Nick Engle, was excellent. He was always on time, communicated clearly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was kind, polite, and extremely courteous throughout the entire installation. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and stress-free.We are beyond happy with our new mini-splits and the service we received. Had a problem with AC in the evening. Called the next morning, they were able to get someone out that day to look at it. Turned out to be a vine causing the problem ?? my unit had never cooled my house as it should have from when it was brand new, but that is another story. I decided to explore my options with a sales person. I think that could have been the next day but I was busy so scheduled a couple of days out. Dan thoroughly explained their product, made in the USA to their specifications. With a lengthy warranty. Pricing was explained and a recommendation made. Next to the cheapest one that would do the job, not the most expensive! Unit was installed 2 days later. The installers did their job without interrupting my life any more than needed. Such a great group of people, all the way from the first gal who scheduled the first appointment to the one who called to make sure I was happy. ?? definitely a thumbs up
These guys are awesome. We had issues with our old unit, they sent out Gabriel who was thorough with diagnosing our unit and explaining our issue, we decided to replace the unit. The next morning TJ came first thing and helped us decide the best unit for us. TJ is a stud, not only was he helpful in determining our needs, he followed through every step of the process. They didn’t have the unit we needed in stock so they drove down south and picked it up. Day three TJ was again at our door first thing, with the install crew. Tori and Justin and a few others I didn’t catch the name of. These guys hustled! They not only installed our new packaged unit on the roof, but also replaced all our ducting and sprayed in more insulation all in one day! They started at 7am and were done by 1pm. Absolutely impressed and thankful for these guys! Highly recommend them, they’ll have my business for years to come!
