Climate Pros were referred to me by my real estate agent. I appreciated the initial conversations with Climate Pros staff as I had many questions about the process. Of important concern was snow accumulation on the roof and the ability to perform a good inspection. This concern was addressed noting most of the snow had melted. My calls were handled quickly and processionally, even over the weekend. I was not physically present for the work Climate Pros performed; however, the results were thorough. Their inspection included more then 200 images and roughly 25 more detailed video explanations of possible concerns of the target property.

I was so impressed. Had other estimates by the corporate owned guys with the only good for this week approach BS. I really liked that I was able to work with the owner. The cost not only beat the other guys but got a better system and warranty. A month later I had a problem with another property and they were able to get out and fix within a couple hours the day before New years holiday and it was very cold that week. Also when the HVAC system was installed on the first property he noticed a couple issues that needed to be addressed and took care of that too that the other guys didn't notice.

Julie got me my first appointment right way and Rick (sorry if that’s not correct)was amazing and knows his stuff. This heater is unsafe, let’s get you a new one!!! I've been using Climate Pros for a while now and have always had a great experience with them. Other companies in the area immediately try to sell us on a new HVAC system even though ours still works just fine, and Climate Pros are the only company that hasn't tried to do so. Our central AC system was having issues this summer, I used our home warranty to get maintenance on the system, Climate Pros were the vendors on the second call, and I am thankful they were. The vendor on the first call did not diagnose the problem and Climate Pros did! We got our AC fixed and replaced and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend them for any HVAC work in northern Nevada !
