He helped us understand our options and made sure we got exactly what we needed. The installation team did a great job too. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and kept everything clean. They walked us through how the system works and made sure we were comfortable with everything before they left. The water quality difference is noticeable right away. We’re really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a water softener or RO setup.

The technician arrived right on time within the first scheduled window and called ahead of his arrival. The fault was identified and fixed in just 15 minutes. I was particularly impressed by how clean and organized the work was carried out. Furthermore, the specialist was very professional in communication; he answered all my questions and provided essential maintenance instructions for the device. He treated us like family with respect and general concern, so that we would make the right decision for our home. Not only was he courteous, he was able to procure a fabulous deal and supplied us with wonderful product. His empathy and concern was the main reason we went with Reliance. I had a clogged kitchen drain that was leaking and causing a lot of inconvenience. I’m extremely impressed with the service I received from the amazing plumber- Dominic from Reliance Home Comfort. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the cause in simple terms, and fixed the clog efficiently without any mess. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency — no unnecessary upselling, just straightforward and reliable service. The drain is now flowing perfectly, and everything was cleaned up before he left. The point to note here is that the same issue was not fixed properly by the previous two plumbers from Reliance. Dominic took it on himself to fix the issue thoroughly, despite the extra time and effort taken.

We experienced issues with no hot water and no heat last year and again this year. Reliance provided excellent service each time. The technician arrived on time and took the problem seriously. I also had the opportunity to meet with Reliance representative Cyrus Lei, and he was amazing. He came the same day to clearly explain the issue, walked us through our options, and made sure we fully understood everything. After replacing the hot water system and installing a new air handler, everything has been working perfectly so far. I’m confident that Reliance consistently provides excellent service.
