He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the cause in simple terms, and fixed the clog efficiently without any mess.What really stood out was his honesty and transparency — no unnecessary upselling, just straightforward and reliable service. The drain is now flowing perfectly, and everything was cleaned up before he left.The point to note here is that the same issue was not fixed properly by the previous two plumbers from Reliance. Dominic took it on himself to fix the issue thoroughly, despite the extra time and effort taken.
