We used Air Pro (Walter) last October and we had a great experience and they were able to come out next day (even with us an hour out)

We have no heat currently and the em heat temporary fix we were given (which was very helpful from Jennifer) cut out on us shortly after. Called the next day for an update and spoke with Lisa and she said that they had been talking and didn’t think they could get anyone out soon due to the drive. I told her I understood but we wanted to try to use them again since our experience was good last time. She then said that we would be paying for the 2 hours of driving (which is understandable but we were not charged for it last time) my stressor is- how long would she have waited to give us a call (it was 12pm the next day when I reached out) and tell us they couldn’t do it….prolonging getting someone out in general.

My husband and I are very very happy with the diagnostics and service work done at my mother’s home in Henrico County. Kevin diagnosed the problem and Mitch and his team came to repair the issue. We also asked them to service our HVAC system in Bon Air. We are pleased with the exceptional service provided by their technician Kevin.

We appreciate the excellent quality of their work and their professional, courteous manner. Thank you so much from both of us ( Steve and Rity) and also from my mom, Ms. Vidal :)

P.S. communicating with Tracy and Lisa about schedules and work to be done has been an absolute joy…. I actually look forward to calling Air Pro Mechanical because they are so kind :)
