He is knowledgeable, frank about what needs to be done, helpful, respectful and worked tonight until after 8:00PM fixing a system leak… expensive repair as wasn’t thrilled about that, but as far as service he’s top shelf. Don’t find service men with that kind of work ethic and customer satisfaction… explains and shows everything

Do I get a free paint job after one of the technicians thinks he can just force their way into traffic because I’m in a small car and they are in a van they don’t own? I’m not sure why anyone would drive with no regard for others on the road when the company preaches its customer service. I’m sorry there was traffic, everyone is in traffic, if you aren’t patient you shouldn’t be working in someone’s home.
