Huge thanks to Haley’s Comfort Systems—my furnace quit around 10 PM while I was out of town, and they still got someone out to help. The technician, Isiah, was finishing another service call but made it to my home about an hour later and called me right away.Isiah was awesome: great communicator, professional, and had a genuinely positive attitude. Even though it was close to midnight and he’d clearly had a long day, he was still upbeat (even laughing) and pleasant to work with. He followed up with me to explain exactly what was wrong and walked me through everything clearly.I’m really impressed with the service and responsiveness. Haley came and inspected our needs then came up with a plan of action. Peter was a good listener and was did not try to oversell or undersell. He was spot on. Nathan was the head installer. He came on time, kept the work areas clean and left our home like he had never been here. Haley installed a new furnace, new AC and a gas fireplace. Haley has world class, customer service, and grade products everything was on time install was fast and clean and the new fireplace doors and vent work flawlessly and are very heavy duty. We still make old school wood fires in our fireplace and need heavy duty, but attractive equipment, and this meets every expectation
Haley’s initially responded to a mutual customer after a furnace fire in December 2024. They were prompt, efficient and compassionate with the situation. Their service was again 10/10 during the full replacement. The price was fair and they worked with us throughout the insurance claim process. Recently there were concerns of a gas leak and again they were above excellence. Being in the service industry myself, I appreciate their customer service and communication. Everyone from the front desk, PM and techs onsite were noticed and appreciated. Highly recommend Haley’s!
