The return visit was even before the scheduled time! He replaced a pretty major part in an hour, working diligently and did some preventive maintenance to help the boiler’s systems last longer.

I called to see if they could take a look at my main water line and see why the water pressure drops and they told me after the second time I called they don’t work on mobile home plumbing. All I wanted was to know if the water meter or something else was causing the drop in pressure. Very disappointing. I guess there is no such thing as good customer service. There was a time when companies would go the extra mile to help customers I guess that doesn’t exist anymore.
