I had another guy come out saying “Well you can’t even get into the 2nd stage but I don’t see anything” I was still worried and with rebates and tax credits on the line I had this other guy do it. Today 12/31/25 I have the same puddle on my floor. I tore the ceiling tiles out of the way lo and behold here’s a leaking water pipe. .

I recently had Rahman Heating & A/C perform a furnace tune-up, duct cleaning, and install a humidifier in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough.

The technicians were courteous and respectful, ensuring they left everything spotless after completing their work. They explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, making me feel confident in the care they provided.

The furnace is now running smoothly, the duct cleaning has noticeably improved air quality, and the new humidifier has made the indoor environment much more comfortable.

I had an unbelievably frustrating experience with Rahman HVAC company. They not only failed to fix the issue, but they also had the audacity to bill us a whopping $1,000 for work that was never done or completed! It was a high-pressure switch that cost $40 and labor of no more than $120, and bear in mind that it was never installed because they didn’t have the part. To add insult to injury, this bill arrived four months after their visit, which was already late and unsatisfactory.

After talking to their secretary, who was unaware of the situation, she confirmed that she sent the bill without knowing if the job had been done and finished. To make matters worse, I talked to the owner after I received the bill. Instead of apologizing for the issue, he was downright rude and dismissive of our concerns. The owner then tried to bill for the time the technician spent at my property. For your information, the technicians sent to our home were clearly unqualified and poorly trained. I promise they had no clue what they were doing.

This company’s business practices are shady and unethical, overcharging customers and billing for non-existent services. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience installing a mini split system for my older home. The entire process from estimate to completion (less than two weeks total) was super easy and stress free. With Bill’s knowledge, zero pressure approach, and honest pricing I knew I was in good hands. Everything works perfectly and they even helped me in figuring out local and federal tax credits!
