There is a reason why Unitedly has a solid 5 star rating. Scott and his team are absolutely outstanding from the start to finish and after! I had 3 other companies come out and run an estimate to replace my old AC unit. All people who came out were very polite and professional, they looked at what needed to be looked at, wrote down how much and left. They spent maybe 10-15 minutes. When Scott showed up, he blew me away with his Customer service. Was great to speak with, and was so knowledgeable about everything! Even answered questions not related to the AC! He walked me through exactly what he would like to do if he got my work, and explained why he does it that way. The other companies were going to just swap out the old and place in the new unit in its place. Scott recommended moving the unit out from under my deck and into a more open area to help the unit with airflow. Scott spent around an hour with me during the quoting process and truly seemed to care that any question I may have was answered. The installation of the new unit was just as amazing experience. I could easily go on and on. I will recommend Unitedly to EVERYONE. They will be my first choice for any service. Absolutely exceptional company and people.

Outstanding service from the whole team! Scott took the extra time to teach me about heating my home, and the maintenance I can do on my own to keep things running smooth. He was absolutely a rock star at not only quickly and professionally completing his work, but also at providing some of the best customer service I've had from anyone in some time. It's clear he prides himself in his work and values his customers. I will absolutely call again if only to get his assistance with any future problems. Adding to my previous review, the team at Unitedly killed it again! Their service and expertise is top notch. They make great recommendations for what needs immediate attention, what is an issue to watch, and options to consider for the future. They quickly and effectively installed and repaired a number of things, including replacing my water heater, and replacing the motor in my AC unit. I will continue to use their excellent services!
