He left the area neat and clean when he left. Brandon came rather quickly after completing his previous job. He called me 15 minutes before his arrvial and was very friendly when coming in. He was methodically in his diagnosis of the problem and found the issue efficiently. He fixed the problem, did a thorough test inclusing the CO level, made sure everything is in good order, and wrote a detailed report. I told him he saved us on the first snow day of this winter!I really meant that. Very professional, very helpful. I would recomend Brandon and Betlem highly to my friends. The dispatcher also was helpful as he gave very accurate time estimates, and the earliest possible appointment. Betlem also charges a very reasonable fee, compared to another company I called (which scheduled us to 3 days later!). They deserve all the praise!
