I called Absolute on 12/06 Saturday morning at about 9 am and the technician ( Adam ) arrived by 10 am or so. Adam went straight to work and proceeded to inform me the thermostat was the issue so Adam replaced the thermostat and we had heat . So thank-you Adam and Absolute for being so prompt and reasonable.
