Rockford HVAC Services

I had a great experience with Rockford HVAC Services for my AC repair. It’s nice to work with a local company. I reached out through their website and got a quick response, and they were able to come out the very next day. Bryan was very professional, polite, and took the time to answer all my questions about my air conditioner. They replaced the motor, added freon, and handled the service call at a price that was better than I thought it would be. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing AC repair in Rockford.

You never really know what to expect when you call an ac repair service, so i was very pleased when Pedro answered the phone and helped me out. From the first call with Pedro to Scott coming out to check and fix my ac, i was really impressed. They sent me text and email reminders about my appointment, plus an email with a picture and info about the technician before he arrived. i even got a text with a link to track when the tech would get to my house, which made it super convenient to plan my day. They were professional, fast, and the price was fair. they are definitely my go-to team for any HVAC or ac repair needs from now on. i've had them come out a few more times since then, and every time they keep doing a great job. most recently, my ac stopped blowing cold air in the middle of a hot summer, and they sent Todd out the next day. he had my ac running cool again by lunchtime! really excellent service!

Bryan came by right on time for the regular maintenance of my AC system. I’m part of their service program, so they always give me a reminder when it’s time for my HVAC checkup, which is really helpful since I tend to forget about it. Bryan was very professional and made sure to wear shoe covers inside, which I really appreciated because I don’t usually ask workers to do that. He also explained that I didn’t need to buy extra air filters, since my monthly plan includes filter changes. I liked that he took photos of the work he did on the outdoor AC unit and shared them with me. It’s a nice touch that gives me peace of mind about the quality of service. Overall, I’m happy with the care and attention to detail they provide for my HVAC system here in Rockford.

When our furnace started acting up during a cold snap in Rockford, running for hours and then shutting off, we needed help fast. We searched online for a reliable HVAC company with great reviews and scheduled a service call. Bryan, the technician who arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. He got our heating system back on track in no time. We’re very satisfied with the professional and friendly service, and would highly recommend this HVAC team to anyone in need of heating and cooling help in Rockford.

They really came through for us! This HVAC company in Rockford is top-notch. After days without heat because our home warranty company kept delaying and the contractor they sent never even showed up, we decided to call a local HVAC specialist instead. I spoke with Pedro on the phone, and he was extremely friendly and helpful, especially after all the hassle we went through. Pedro managed to schedule our appointment with Levi the very next day, even though their calendar was pretty full. Levi arrived right on time and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our heating system and got it running smoothly again. He even did a full tune-up, and the final cost was lower than what our warranty company would have charged us just for the deductible! It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. The communication and service were outstanding, and now our furnace is working perfectly. We are so glad we chose a dependable HVAC company here in Rockford!
