Kendrick Energy Efficient Heating & Air

I had a great experience with this heating contractor. They were extremely professional from start to finish. When I scheduled the appointment, they provided a very clear and upfront quote, which I really appreciated. When they arrived, they were polite, respectful, and very mindful of cleanliness in my home. Most importantly, they quickly identified an issue in my HVAC system that had apparently existed for many years. Instead of pushing an expensive fix, they recommended and implemented the most cost-effective solution to resolve the problem. I’m very grateful for their honesty and expertise, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable heating or HVAC service.

We replaced our HVAC system with Kendrick Heating and Air in December 2025, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our previous systems were nearly 30 years old, and Kendrick thoroughly evaluated them, clearly explained the issues, and provided multiple repair and replacement options. They identified potential risks up front and addressed them professionally. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They removed the old system and installed the new HVAC system along with a whole-house fan—all in a single day. They also handled the city inspection and final sign-off, which made the process completely stress-free for us. The installation was flawless, and the overall experience honestly couldn’t have been better. To top it off, Kendrick came in below the lowest of four bids we received and offered financing options as well. They were highly recommended by friends, and they absolutely lived up to that recommendation. Kendrick Heating and Air is a no-nonsense, honest company, and we will trust them with our home’s HVAC needs going forward. We cannot recommend them enough. Professional and made the process really easy.

My HVAC went out during the polar vortex. Down to 57 degrees in the house. After two of my friends rx them, I contacted Kendrick Heating and Air for a bid on a new system. Their bid was reasonable, with an excellent warranty, 12 year parts and labor. I approved the bid on a Friday, and they had my new system installed the following Monday. Very happy so far. Would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed with Kendrick Heating and Air. I gave them thousands to fix my AC before, and it's been working fine, however my heater had an error code this time. When I first called the quote was $89 diagnostic and they told me if a repair was needed the $89 would go to my repair if a repair was needed. After telling them what type of heater/AC unit I had, they said my heater unit was complex, and that the diagnostic would be $250 and if any repair were needed the $250 would not contribute to the cost of the repair. $250 is quite expensive to have a guy come out and diagnose a problem. Especially in the beginning of the phone call I was quoted with $89 and it went all the way up to $250. I asked them what if it was a simple problem, would they still charge me $250? The guy on the phone told me if it is simple why are you calling us? Very rude. Instead of giving this greedy company my money, I took the time and actually was able to fix the error code on my heater on my own, so in fact if Kendrick, it would have been a huge waste of money. There are a lot of repair companies out there, Kendrick customer service is quite rude, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Super happy with the service we recently received to our furnace. Mike, our technician took photos and explained very clearly what the issue was so we could make a very informed decision. Mike came back 48-hours later with the part we needed and promptly repaired our furnace. Cost? Reasonable in my opinion and I would use Kendrick again! Thank you.
