Mark is bad ass, guy is super knowledgeable and willing to help out anyway he can. Most companies I contacted once I told them I have an HRV they wouldn't even give me an appointment but Mark talked me through what he was doing and why and clearly understands how an HRV works. Will definitely call them if I ever need service.
I had been advised by another Hvac company that Our furnace should be replaced. I engaged, Rocklin heating and air to do a thorough inspection of the furnace with the happy result that The furnace is in good order and does not need replacement. Rocklin Heating & Air is a terrific local company. We’ve been a customer since approx. 2003 when they were a young family-run business. They have grown into a very successful company and managed to maintain that great customer service experience. Over the years we have used them to install and maintain HVAC systems in prior rental properties and our personal home. Today’s maintenance and repair call at our home was terrific. Iman, the service tech, was awesome, right on time and fixed our home system immediately. A+ experience.
