Tim B. did a great job in repairing our heater system. He was very open about what may have caused the issue and the potential expense for repair. IN this case, after the ice melted on the unit, he was able to quickly assess the issue and repair the unit back in working form. Ray O. Cook is fortunate to have a technician like Tim on their team. Thanks again for the expedient work on our heating unit.
Michael the Tech for Ray O.Cook Heating & AirWas awesome not only was he prompt to attend to my heating emergency situation. Michael was very polite and respectful not only to myself & my wife , but to my Home. Michael was very professional and educated us on what was causing our problem. On why our heating unit was not functioning. Michael replaced that part that was not functioning. Before you know it we were back in comfort of a warm home.We would definitely recommend Ray O.Cook Heating & Air fir all of Heating & AC needs .
This technician was completely professional and efficient. He paid close attention to all details. When he noted a slight discrepancy in propane flow/rate, he contacted supervisors, and subsequently re-evaluated flow/rate to his satisfaction. Overall, he was able to find the equipment still in good shape, and they will observe it carefully at the next visit to ensure it continues in proper operation in the one area he had questioned. That is excellent service, and I appreciate it. Thanks!
I had two heaters go out within a couple weeks of eachother and had Ray O Cook come out for both. They had good availability and even with needing to order a part they had the first one fixed up within days. It ended up costing about $1400 for the diagnostic and new control board. I wasn't thrilled with such an expensive repair but it did seem about the going rate for that sort of thing and they seemed legit. I was happy with the level of service. And then our other heater went out. They were able to come out first thing in the morning (on a Saturday, which was great because I can't just take time off work for every little thing) and fix it immediately. Just needed a new fuse which came out to less than $250. Which, I guess might seem a lot for a simple fuse if you know how to fix it, but seemed reasonable considering that included the sevice call fee. Both techs they sent out (Timothy and Kenny) were knowledgeable, professional, punctual and quick. 11/10 stars to both of them. I really hope I don't need to call another Hvac tech out any time soon but when I do I will absolutely be calling these guys again.
My A/C stopped working this weekend when it hit 102 degrees. I called Ray O Cook Heating and Air on Monday around 11:30am. They were able to get me an appointment the same day. Jeffrey Jenkins, Service technician greeted us around 2pm. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem. We needed a New Condenser Motor. Jeffrey called around and found one (exact make/model replacement). He said he wanted to fix our A/C today so we wouldn’t be without air conditioning as the temperatures are souring. I was ecstatic, couldn’t believe it (had my doubts). Jeffrey said he had to go to the shop and pick up the new condenser motor and would return and fix the A/C unit. By 4pm, I was expecting a call to “Reschedule”, because it was close to closing time. Well Jeffrey showed up, (proved me wrong) cleaned the entire A/C unit, replaced the motor, tested the A/C to make sure it was functioning after he installed the New Condenser Motor. He left the area he was working in better than what I had. He even curled up and put away the hose. I don’t have the before pictures, but I assure you it had a lot of debris in the unit.If I could, I would give Jeffery a 100 Stars ?? as he went above and beyond. He restored my “Faith” in dedication and kindness. He stayed way past 6pm to ensure I had a working A/C unit. I would “HIGHLY RECOMMEND” Ray O Cook Heating and Air and if you can, get Jeffrey Jenkins as your Service Technician. You will not be disappointed.
