The Chilly Air Services team did a great job installing a soft start on my 4 ton Trane -- to put less stress on a battery backup system I plan to have installed in a few months. I called several HVAC shops for a quote and Chilly had the best deal by far. That and a pro team to install and test it-- what more could i ask? Looking forward to the next time.
From installation, repair and maintenance, this company provides five star service. A couple of years ago, I called them for a repair on my system. I was so pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the company, I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan. Scheduling was easy and the technicians were always courteous and respectful of my property and my time. Recently, my 19 year old system decided it had had enough and I needed a new system. I went with Chilly Air Services to install the new system and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This family-owned company is customer oriented and it shows. Their stellar reputation is richly deserved.

GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!Airtron who I’ve done business with for over 7 years tried to tell me my AC unit needed to be replaced. They came out to do a maintenance service and said I had a leak & that it was not keeping pressure. They said that i needed to replace it quickly. They wanted to sell me a new unit for $18k. I called my handyman & he recommended that I call Chilly. They came out the same day and did an inspection of my AC & HVAC. DJ was the technician. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my system and because I kept up with maintenance the unit was in good shape even tho it was 10 years old. He cleaned out my drip line and made sure my filter was replaced & that my HVAC was in good shape as well. He charged me $74. Much better than $18k.Just another example of the erosion of integrity and the greedy large companies that take advantage of their customers.DJ was very professional and got right to work assessing my situation. He did a great job not just because he saved me money but he was very candid and honest.Great job Chilly!! You’ve won a customer.
