I decided it was time to move from my previous Heat Pump service provider and I’m happy to report the experience was faultless. Booking the appointment and follow up reminders were seamless. Mike, the tech, has been in the business for a long time and was a consummate professional explaining everything he would be doing and then reported the results. The technician arrived on time, removed his shoes and protected the area (which is carpeted) in front of the fireplace. He worked efficiently and conducted a thorough inspection. He was polite and answered all my questions. The work was completed and the area left as he had found it. Our technician was Mike- and hopefully, next year when we need another inspection, they will send him again. Thanks so much 4 Seasons!
Lukas was on time this morning and was efficient in the maintenance of our gas fireplaces and our gas fired hot water heating system. He was able to explain in clear detail the operation of both.
