Thank you to all the staff. Ross was great in helping us make the decision to purchase. He offered good information about the best placement of the units and answered our questions Thanks, also to the men who came to do a pre-check of the attic and crawl space and the electrician (Cory?). They all came in the times stated and were friendly and efficient. Thanks to Tristan and Kevin who came to install the system. They were friendly, considerate and worked to leave everything tidy. They also explained how to best use the system in our home. Looking forward to a cool house for the rest of the summer!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Pacific Heat Pumps, especially with their technician, Kolby. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he genuinely cared about doing a thorough, thoughtful, and professional job, not just rushing through an appointment. The model and orientation we chose for upstairs and down is simple and affordable, and with a 12 year warranty should give us carefree climate control, winter and summer, for years to come

An absolutely AMAZING 10 Star Company!!! Matt and his team at Pacific Heat Pumps went above and beyond to give us the best possible Heat Pump installation for our home. Our very large crew of Bryan, Barton, Brandon, Sebastian, Josh, Jeff and Hayden were superb professionals who custom installed our amazing heat pump with all new ducting and vents (10 of them) under our crawlspace. Not only were these guys pros, but were always prompt to the job wearing their working, matching uniforms (my wife really loved the look!). And they all worked as a team. The office team of Neil, Astrid, Sue (#1), Sue (#2) were on top off all of the correspondence and handled all our of our scheduling. They even connected us with a company that filed all of our rebate forms. Honestly, this has to be the best, super organized business on the island! My wife and I can't thank you all enough for your help with the installation and maintenance of our fantastic heat pump. Truly the best investment we have ever made for maintaining our "INDOOR" comfort zone of super cool summers and wonderfully warm winters. Even our cat Dawson would like to thank you too!!!
