Graeme is simply the best. He helped formulate a plan that would work for my situation and was patient with the million questions I asked! He knocked out my install in the most professional manner and has checked up post-install to make sure the system is operating as intended and, more importantly, see if I had any questions on how to make it work the way I wanted. Graeme at Trifecta for our heat pump installation was fantastic! His recommendations of products to install were well thought out and spot-on for our needs. Prices were in-line with expectations. Our house is older and he was able to navigate a bit of a complicated installation professionally, and with no issues! He was well organized, ran the project professionally, cleaned-up after themselves, and his team worked so well together! Graeme is also knowledgeable about the grant application process and was able to refer to that as well.
