*** Family owned business *** Pablo and San are awesome to work with. I have had them service my parents home, brothers home and my rental. Very honest, reliable, and easy to work with. Great communication, fair and reasonable pricing and ease of scheduling. I reached out last minute on a late Friday night, and despite it being nearly midnight, Stephanie took my texts messages and immediately got me on the schedule for that following morning. Overall, great team to work with and highly recommend.
Wow! I can’t say enough great things about Pablo and this company and all of the guys! First of all Pablo cleaned up all of the trash and mess left in the attic by previous companies that of course I had no idea was there… They are so fast and efficient and friendly and I highly recommend them. You need these people! They did a complete HVAC new install, and it didn’t take as long as I expected and it’s beautiful. Top notch people and company. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed with them.
Had purchased a new to us home that was 21 years old with the original hvac system. I had gone through 6 different companies getting estimates and consultations of which new system would be good for our two story home. House was set up with two zones and a couple companies tried steering me in the direction of making it just a 1 zone hvac system with one thermostat. I was highly against that as heat rises so upstairs would be warmer in the winter and summer so trying to get downstairs and upstairs within a comfortable temp range would be difficult. Came across Green home heating and air because the owner Pablo lives down the street so i always see the van in front of his house. Reached out to Pablo and he was very easy going and spent the time to walk through exactly the best system to get and no pressure on signing a work order same day like another company tried. Ended up taking advantage of a rebate from Smud and the federal tax credit rebate on a heat pump system which meant getting rid of the gas furnace and the heat pump has been doing great providing heat for the house. My daily usage on electricity has gone up slightly for the winter but I’m still saving roughly $6 a day by not having to pay PG&E for gas for the gas furnace and I’m even keeping the house a degree warmer! Super great install from start to finish. Even was able to change the location of the outdoor unit to the side of the house! Pablo and his team had made sure everything was working as it should and done in a neat way even when it meant staying until 10pm on New Year’s Eve to finish the install when they started at 7am! They also installed a new hot water heater which is more storage capacity than the previous! The attention to detail Pablo and his team provided on making sure everything looked nice to the eye was great! The team did not rush the job in anyway possible. I am super pleased with the experience i had and am so glad i went with Green home heating and air!
We unfortunately found that our old water heater was corroded at the bottom, slowly leaking into our kitchen floors, as it shared a wall with our kitchen. I called Green Home and spoke with Pablo yesterday (Saturday) explaining our situation with a 2 year old at home and cold showers not being an option. He was able to get his team - Ruben and Rene out the next morning (Sunday). Great staff and problem solvers, a few issues arose from the original installers, but Ruben was able to communicate the issue and solve in a quick manner.As with any company where any service is expensive, I hope not to have to call them again for a while but I do know they are my go-to company for any heating and air needs if that time comes again.Well done crew, and well done leadership at Green Home!
Pablo and his team did an outstanding job! My family and I are incredibly grateful, especially for their extra effort in coming out on a Saturday evening. Pablo was candid in explaining every detail and outlining our options. Our AC unit was over 30 years old, and we discovered it wasn’t the right size for our home, which had been straining our system. Additionally, Pablo went above and beyond by lending us a portable AC. The professionalism and efficiency of Green Home Energy Solutions, LLC’s crew are truly exceptional!(1st photo is before pic and the last two pics are the after pics)
