Zak did a great job and he’s a really nice guy. Could you ask him please though when the circuit breakers had to be turned off and on several times if it could’ve affected the phantom power for one of our systems
I recently used Premier to install a new furnace and A/C. Jason was so nice to deal with. I felt like he explained everything to me in terms I could understand and I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind. On the day of the install Mike and Mark were extremely thorough, making sure everything was installed correctly. They took time to explain how the new system works and made sure I was happy with the new systems. Everyone I worked with from Premier was kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who has heating and cooling needs.
The service technician, Preston showed up right on time. He did an extremely thorough job inspection on the furnace and humidifier. Change filters and made some necessary adjustments. He explained to me why the adjustment were necessary. He represents Premier HVAC in professional manner. Great experience.

A super professional job. I worked with this company during the inspection period for my new home, and then after close to install a completely new HVAC system to replace the system original to the 1989 construction. They showed up on time, which shouldn’t need to be said but unfortunately not everyone does. They were respectful of my home, explained everything they did before they left, left my basement cleaner than when they got there (even vacuumed up some of the dead bugs that the seller left behind), and installed my smart thermostat for me. Their skill and craftsmanship shines in the fully installed system, but don’t take my word for it, the attached pictures tell the story better than I can!
