Ryan was very nice and knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions and talked me through what he was doing! Super great experience. I pay a monthly service fee which is very reasonable and they come out twice a year and clean, check and do any maintenance! Highly recommend!
David is very knowledgeable. Arrives on times and gives great advice so you can make a good decision on what you need. They care about quality and use the best water heaters so you don’t run into trouble and have the water heaters that last a lot longer than the average.
Eric showed up in the scheduled time window. He communicated what service he was providing clearly and consicley. He was professional the entire visit and I could tell he cared about the work he was doing. Repairs went as I hoped and we have reliable heat again. Needed diagnostics on a 32 year old HVAC unit when it stopped functioning properly. The diagnostics run were very thorough. I've worked with other companies in the past that charged more for a diagnostic visit when they spent all of ten minutes looking at the system. Eric at Sky looked thoroughly at all components for an hour, took photos, ran various tests and provided a very useful overview at the end. He patiently answered all questions. I appreciate that I wasn't given a sales pitch for a replacement unit. They gave me multiple tiered options for working with the system I have (a lower priced band-aid option up through thorough work of replacing multiple components and shoring up ductwork). I asked for a quote for a replacement unit which they were able to schedule immediately. All around good first time experience with this company.
Cody came out and installed a car charger for me, quick and easy. He did a great job, was professional, transparent about pricing, and got it done in 45 minutes! I would recommend this company to anyone.
