I had an issue with my heating system and called Hajek for a service call. My issue resolved on it's own but I decided schedule an appointment for a system tune-up.Josh (technician) arrived on-time and was very efficient in going over my system and answering all questions I had. I feel much better about the "health" of my system and will be using Hajek in the future. Their responsiveness and knowledge has earned my trust.
It’s late January and it’s cold, and my furnace (which uses a rare type of fuel) broke down this weekend. Bandon Hajek was able to come out the same day I called to run a diagnostic, and he had the parts needed for the repair by the very next day. Thanks to his fast turnaround, my home will be warm again in no time. We truly appreciate the quick, dependable service.

Brandon and josh went above and beyond excelent service. They showed up when they said they would and stayed untill all of our questions were answered. They were very respectful and patient. As senior citizans we appreciate that very much. Brandon helped us set up the smart thermostat and stayed until we understood. We highley recomend Hajek heating and cooling and would definitely use tham in the future.
Always great! I had a problem with my furnace a couple of weeks ago which turned out to be the infuser. Brandan ordered up a new part and this morning Josh installed it and did a full service clean on my furnace. Because I am a subscribed customer, which I fully endorse, the only charge was for the part itself. The labor is never charged and the bi-annual service, since I have an air conditioner as well, is also free.I've used other services around and was not happy with any of them. They didn't do what they said they would do, they didn't stand behind their work, and they always had an excuse for why they couldn't give me any kind of receipt. Even for purchases such as a new furnace.I've never had this problem with Hajek and I regularly recommend them to my friends and coworkers. Josh has come in several times and always done a terrific job, great personality, and very willing to answer any questions at all.Thanks, Josh!
