My ancient furnace decided to stop working on Valentine’s Day and I called Valley View HVAC because I really haven’t been that happy with other companies that I’ve had service the furnace before. Scott wanted to save me a weekend call charge so he brought me two radiator heaters to get me through to Monday so I wouldn’t freeze over the weekend Today David arrived right on time and fixed everything and did a bunch of tests to make sure the furnace would continue to run. He explained everything to me so I understood what the problem was and how to maintain the unit in the future. The cost was very reasonable and the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with from any repair company. I will be using their company from now on and recommending them to all my friends. This company goes the extra mile.

We put such a challenge on Valley View. The part we needed was from a furnice Over 24 years old. Need I say more. They were more thOne an fair. Even providing space heaters...

Always wondered why our family room addition was hard to keep warm…we may have assumed it was too far from the furnace. until. A feral cat found a cozy spot in our ducts! One of the ducts was actually not even hooked up?? Valley View was very quick to come & give us a quote, we accepted & they were here in a couple days! Excellent communication, love the text updates, job well done! We finally have HEAT coming out of that ductwork! Highly recommend! Thankyou, guys!
