Jarred, the owner, is great. He offered a second opinion free of charge and stopped by the same day with Teasha to identify the issue. He offered a thorough testing of the furnace functionality to make sure we won't pay for more expensive parts that are needed for the fix. He found the replacement part quicky and Teasha installed it the same day. Thank you, Jared!
Tasha is wonderful, very knowledgeable, very through and detailed with testing and identifying the issue. She noticed the little things that needed adjustments and addressed it right away.
