Chris was fantastic. He replaced a part on my furnace and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. What I appreciated most was that he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely set before he headed out. Kobe's visit was such a pleasant experience! I honestly believe he's the most respectful and positive-energy technician (or any kind of worker) I've ever had in my home--and I've met a lot of super great ones. He was kind, honest, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with confidence while validating my curiosity. He also told me what he planned to do before he did it and made sure I was good with The plan. On top of all that, he nodded his head and bowed with a genuine smile on his face when he said goodbye. Thank you so much, True Pros, for helping me keep on top of my heating and air-conditioning systems. I appreciate the maintenance reminder texts and follow-up texts when you didn't hear back from me. I also super like that you send, via text, a photo and introduction of the technician that will be coming. Highly recommend this company! We recently used them for a plumbing job, and Dom was fantastic. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He did an excellent job, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the work. We’ve also used this company for HVAC service and had a great experience with that as well. It’s hard to find reliable service providers, and this team has been great for us. We would absolutely use them again.
