You can tell that Brandon King enjoys his line of work and that he enjoys a troubleshooting challenge. Felt like he really wanted to get down to the bottom of the issue I was having until he found it. He took the time to explain what was going on and discussed options and the pros and cons of each to make sure I would be able to make the most informed and educated decision. He also wanted to make sure that safety was the top priority. Had a great experience and hope he can come to my house on future service calls.
