We’ve had some HVAC issues in the last year and to be safe we called out a company to ensure it could be diagnosed. Typically we’d go through our AHS warranty but the provider couldn’t get to us until Monday, i called a few places in the area since we can’t go without A/C over the weekend in the Texas heat. The unit wasn’t turning in at all, turns out with was the outlet needing to be reset… we didn’t know the plug for the system had its own reset button haha!Needless to say, it was a simple fix (thank goodness) but all of the employees that helped us along the way were kind, professional, and punctual. We were able to be squeezed in for a same day consult, got “pushed back” an hour and were quickly informed of this change but our technicians still ended up arriving early and they quickly got to work. They even checked the outside unit and did a few readings with their technology to ensure the system was ok and that it was solely a switch issue, they even replaced the filter for us, for a $95 service charge which is a steal on any day, let alone for an emergency!Great service, quick responses, and great attitudes!We’re very appreciative, if not a little embarrassed it was such a small and quick fix! We will definitely keep in mind this company if we have any further issues.
Had my HVAC system replaced. These guys are great to work with. They call you back, no waiting around, they take care of business, show up on time, changed everything out in a few hours. I asked for specific things, they gave me different quotes & explained the differences for them. In the end, I did get what I wanted & couldn’t be happier. Would completely recommend Hooker Heating & Air.
Barry Hooker heating & air is my go to when it comes to my HVAC. They are extremely responsive and their customer service has always been too nice. Bobby is great! He’s extremely knowledgeable. Pricing has always been fair.
Barry and his team came up with a plan to improve the AC/Heating in my home, answered all my questions and implemented it. The work was excellent, and finished quickly. Would recommend to anyone!
