Alex came to service our unit yesterday under our maintenance agreement and offered to come back today and replace our filters, which I thoroughly appreciated since I can’t ever seem to remember to do it myself! He came at the exact time he said he would, is super friendly and professional. I’m very impressed with Bowles Heating and Cooling and plan to continue under maintenance with them as it’s a good way to extend the life of your heating and AC units.
