Tri-City A/C and Heating did an excellent job of rebuilding the duct work at our office (a big job). They gave me a bid and completed the work within a few days. I would recommend them to others for both big and small jobs as they are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly.
Very happy with our experience with Tri-City A/C. Our system went out overnight and I couldn’t get anyone to come fix it. Chris called me back within minutes of my voicemail and had his crew out here ASAP to begin work. They took their time making sure to diagnose the issue properly and checked the rest of the system to make sure no other problems would arise. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend for any project especially with complex problems!
Great experience with Chris and team. We will definitely continue to utilize Tri-City A/C. They had the repair done next day (we called on a Sunday night and got scheduled for the next day). Glad to have a working AC unit. I appreciate the honesty and that they didn't push for an upsell like other companies (Goettle). Thanks again!
