Excellent job all around! Jesus explained what was to be done then thoroughly checked all systems within heating and cooling. He then provided photos of each part of our system as they were worked on. There was no guessing or wondering what was done. Additionally, we added two parts to our unit that were missing and swapped out incorrect amperage fuses. All in all outstanding job! We recommend Perfect Star for maintenance or installation!!

The Perfect Star Heating, Cooling and Electrical team did a great job in installing our new HVAC and new water heater. The team worked very hard to take out the old systems and install the new ones. Everyone helped but I have to say a particular thank you to Anthony Montoya for his extra patience and throughness in explaining things to me as well as his expertise, and Jesus Garcia for his knowledge base and cheerful professionalism. The entire process took a whole day, because the team was so exacting in wanting to make sure everything was done correctly. And, indeed it was a superb installation. Moreover the systems worked splendidly today and the HVAC system turns on automatically with its Lennox S40 smart thermostat controls. Nice!! I can easily tell that the team had quite a bit of experience before my job and for that I am grateful. It's a big investment to replace your HVAC and water heater, but the Perfect Star team rose to the occasion splendidly. Devin the technician came out and assessed the situation, then found the issue and went over our options from start to finish very knowledgeable, professional and courteous we’ll be definitely using perfect star for all of our HVAC needs.
