Based on the reviews, I was pretty hesitant to go with this company for a furnace repair when my home warranty company assigned them, but I honestly have nothing bad to say about the experience.

I contacted my home warranty company on a Tuesday, was assigned SDAC&H shortly thereafter (operating as MS Services), and a contractor was on his way the next day.

Mohammed gave me a heads up when he was 10 minutes out, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and gave me some tips on how to solve any future furnace problems myself the next time they come up. I asked him some follow-up questions about the heating system, and he was helpful in answering those too.

All in all a great experience. Hopefully your experience will be similar.

Ameen from Same Day Air Conditioning and Heating is the BOMB!!! Big shout out to this dynamo professional that knows his business. I requested his service for my ancient system. Even though this young Pro clearly knows his business he came to my rescue as he had in the past the “SAME DAY”. When other businesses claimed my system was too old, Ameen was not phased. He hooked me up in less than 20 minutes. When I asked pricing on upgrading my system the prices were sound and reasonable. ROCK ON AMEEN!!! He is totally has it going on!!! I highly recommend Sam Day. Ameen is definitely on my speed dial!!

This company works with American Home Shield home warranty company under a business name called MS Services(or this is their parent company). Don't fool yourselves by just looking their rating on Yelp or Google. The MS services has only half a star(yes, half a star) on almost all platforms.

If you are working with AHS and they send you this company, immediately refuse working with them. Please take a look at the attached images. They will put words like "modification" and "needs to be brought up to code" in their breakdown cost. They know that these words/terms will help AHS to not cover these costs, so they will look good to AHS. Can you believe they are double charging for the insulation?

My experience: I think, to keep the home warranty company happy and get more business from them, they quoted low prices for expensive components like the condenser and evaporator coil, which should be covered by my home warranty. To offset/markup these losses from expensive components, I think they inflated the prices of cheaper items, like tube insulation, which aren't covered by AHS. I felt that this deceptive pricing strategy led to significantly higher out-of-pocket costs for me.

Moreover, when their technician visited my home for an evaluation, he took apart the parts of my system and refused to reassemble them. He insisted there was no need since the system needed replacement, despite my request to put everything back together. This left my system inoperable.

I strongly advise against using Same Day Air Conditioning or MS Services if you're working with AHS. Their pricing tactics and unprofessional conduct, driven by a desire to please AHS, resulted in a frustrating and costly experience for me. Seek alternatives to avoid similar issues.
