Today AAA furnace and Air Conditioning completed a big job on our 100 year old home. They removed a unit that was on our roof and covered the hole it left and made it water tight and rodent proof. Then installed a new heat pump system along with new ducting. They were always on time, positive attitudes, good solid workers, and finished in 4 days! Alex and Nick headed by Ray did the majority of the work. They were a great team and will always be welcomed in our home!! Without hesitation, we recommend this company and these professional installers!

Brian S. came by today for our annual maintenance on our HVAC system. He is such a nice person to work with and he remembered us from the initial install estimate he gave us two years ago! Brian and the whole crew at AAA are very professional and knowledgeable. We are still super happy that we decided to purchase with them. Another amazing service for us is their annual maintenance. You prepay for the service and they keep track of the timing and contact you to make the appt. That is much appreciated! Thank you Brian S. & AAA

Highly recommend AAA furnace. They are very responsive. We called Monday morning and within an hour they had Aaron at our door helping us. Aaron went above and beyond during our service he provided an estimate for a new water heater, unfortunately we weren’t able to make that work right at this moment so he was able to momentarily fix the issue until we call them back and schedule again. AAA furnace is a company that truly puts their customers first and cares about us like family. Aaron, thank you again for your help you don’t know how much we appreciate you, and to AAA furnace you guys are incredible!

Very satisfied with the work and service from AAA. I've been with them for the life of my HVAC system, over 10 years now, and have never had any issues. I utilize their maintenance program, which is great for those people who like to get out ahead of problems when possible. Robert C came out today for this. They called within the time window that was promised and showed up right on time. He was friendly, professional, and efficient without it feeling like a rush job. He found a part that was going bad and showed me where it was starting to swell and the voltage measurements it was outputting without prompting. He was able to replace the part right then.

I find them to be easy to work with and transparent in their practices. It's easy to imagine that a less reputable company might take your maintenance payment and wait for you to claim it, hoping that you never will. But AAA has always called me on schedule to remind me that I have the service and to schedule an appointment with them. I've always been able to get an appointment within a week or two if not sooner. I don't think they look for ways to up charge you. There have been multiple times that everything has been fine and nothing more than the filter change was needed. On the rare occasion when more is recommended, they have facilitated getting that additional work scheduled right at the time. They really make things as low hassle as possible. Very much recommend them.
