So my tech got here don’t get me wrong but he did a good job of adjusting some wiring of my heat and fan it a lot better now. For the tech I give him 3 ??when he got to my house I open my door to him didn’t say a word not even a hello . He walk in assume he knew where was my furnace until I direct him where it is. As for customer service they were great. I gave him a five. ??

Great experience with the team from Fuse Service! I had my old tired furnace replaced with a four zone ductless mini split.The initial estimate was completed two weeks ago, and the project coordinator showed up Monday. By Wednesday the install started, and I was getting nice cool air by mid-day Friday.Vlad and the team did a great job explaining what they were doing, cleaning up each day as they finished. The end result looks like it came with the house, and works great.I would recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your HVAC to a heat pump.
