We contacted this company because they have been servicing our home for many years, so we expected professional service and a timely solution.It took about a week and a half for them to come out after our initial call. They only offer huge time windows (8 AM–1 PM or 2 PM–6 PM), which means an adult has to stay home and miss work because they can’t narrow it down. That already shows a lack of customer service.When the first technician finally arrived, our boiler had not been working the entire time. It was winter, very cold outside, and the house was freezing. He spent about 10 minutes looking at the gas heater and said a part needed to be ordered. Fine.Another week passed. A second technician came, opened the heater, and within 10 minutes said the ordered part didn’t fit and couldn’t be installed. At that point, the temperature inside the house was around 8–10°C (or even lower). It was impossible to live comfortably like that. He left and said they would need to order yet another part.The service was extremely disappointing. The response time was slow, the scheduling was inconvenient, and the problem remained unresolved for weeks while we were left without heat in the middle of winter.Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. Decide for yourself whether you want to deal with this kind of service.
I've owned several homes over the years, and as a result, have had to utilize many service providers - plumbers, painters, roofers, electricians, and more - dozens of companies and people and technicians throughout the years. And hands down, Valley Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Solar was the best company I've had the pleasure of engaging. I needed 2 full HVAC systems replaced - not a fun or inexpensive undertaking. But from the initial walk-thru and evaluation, to the estimate, to the install, these guys were professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and just great to work with - perhaps because they're a family business. I actually would've paid a bit more because of their professionalism, but I didn't have to - their bid came in less than others - so it was an easy choice. Luka did an excellent job with our HVAC maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He cleaned the system, recommended a better air filter for our home, and even crawled under the house to check for potential leaks. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and not cutting corners. Highly recommend Luka for anyone needing HVAC service.
We were very impressed at the level of service received from Valley Heating and Cooling! Roberto and Mario were excellent workers. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, were very neat and tidy, and answered all our questions during the installation process. We will definitely continue to do business with this reputable company. We installed a heat pump and 2 air handlers.The unit we replaced was installed by Valley Heating and Cooling back in 2009.
