Ongaro & Sons electrician, Roger Hunter, has earned my highest recommendation. He is masterful: skilled and effective problem solver, reliable, efficient and excellent communicator. Sweet natured. I am so relieved and happy to have found him. He readily agreed to add us to his schedule when the plumber Ongaro originally assigned dropped out at the last minute. Roger pulled off a miracle the day before Christmas, when I expected 35 for dinner.
Hours after moving into our home and we experienced backup in our toilets and showers! With overflow in our clean out valve on the side of our house!! Upon calling we were connected to a friendly and helpful team member who was able to schedule Nico to arrive at our home shortly after. Nico was equally friendly and helpful. Very personable and empathetic too! We’re so grateful to the team for getting us back in working order. Further repair to come with more specialized cameras so we can make a more permanent repair. We are beyond thankful for the service we received, making us feel fortunate in an unfortunate situation.
