Cassandra and Stefan were amazing. Quam service is unmatched. They supplied a stand alone ac unit while we waited a couple hours for the appointment. The install was fast and Stefan explained everything to us in detail. I will be using this company going forward. They were very reasonablely priced. They were upfront about costs and honestly answered all my questions. I am a first time home owner so I had a lot of them. I am very happy with the experience and highly recommend them!

Stefan was awesome! He performed an AC inspection for the home we’re buying. The home was built in 2009 and the AC is still original. Due to the age of the unit we wanted to get a general check up to anticipate any repairs or maintenance that would be needed. He was very straightforward and clear about his observations, and his recommendations were reasonable and honest. The quote for the inspection was half the price of the other company I’d reached out to prior. He was trustworthy and we will definitely stick with Quam for our continued AC maintenance.
After several companies , multiple quotes and alot of confusion this company was the only one to break down all the quotes and discuss the pros and cons to each and go over my options without the car sales tactics.They were honest and straight with all my questions and couldn’t recommend them more.They are definitely a unicorn in this industry and would highly recommend them for new install and also for service and repair.Save yourself the headaches of the bigger companies and just give them a call.
