This was my first experience dealing with an HVAC company and I am so glad that I called We-Fix-It Home Services! When Drew arrived, right from the start he was thorough, letting me know in detail what his maintenance call to our home would include. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had a great work ethic! When he was finished he had taken pictures to show me everything he was explaining to me. He literally wrote out in detail everything he told me. He informed me that later in the day he would type everything up in an invoice and also an estimate of future work and send that to me via email, which I received later that day. His loyalty and respect toward the company that he works for and the owner of the company really impressed me. About a week later I received a call back from Danielle, checking up with me regarding my experience. She did not try to upsell me anything, she genuinely wanted to find out if I was happy with my experience, and I was happy to tell her that, yes I am! I highly recommend this company, if you need HVAC/home services, because you truly get more than you pay for. Thanks again Drew and Danielle!
We Fix It was unlucky enough to inherit us as customers when they bought out a small HVAC company that had installed a completely new system for us in 2025. That install ended up being a bit of lipstick on a pig but Mike and his guys have not hesitated to honor the old company’s service contracts and warranties. When our brand new AC went out completely after only a year, the owner called personally to investigate, they had someone out within an hour to diagnose, and had a completely new condensing unit installed under warranty in less than 24 hours after our call. We’ve now had three different technicians (Rich, Jeremy, and Edgar) as well as the service manager Ralph all out here and every single one was timely, clean, respectful, knowledgable, and helpful. The difference in workmanship from the previous company’s install is night and day- even the condenser unit, which was a 1:1 replacement, is half as noisy as it used to be.It’s also clear to me that Mike takes care of his people, operating a caring and high-integrity business inside and out.
Rich was thorough and quickly set up everything to get our air working again. We worked with Rich a year ago and found him to be trustworthy and knowledgeable. Everything was done as he promised. The installers, Edgar & Kevin, were very polite and attentive to our questions and concerns. They were a pleasure to have in our home and worked very hard to get the job done in a timely manner without cutting corners. My wife and I started shopping for a tankless water heater, and after getting three quotes, we’re so glad we called We Fix It Home Services. Ralph provided the estimate. He was professional and by far the most detailed of the three. Their pricing was also the most budget-friendly, which was a big plus.Once the project was scheduled, Tyler and Drew handled the installation, and all I can say is wow. They were outstanding, professional, kind, and great communicators throughout the process. The A/C repairman, Daniel was thorough both in his a/c tune up and follow through with all your available products. We now have an air scrubber and very clean ventilation. CJ and Tyler cleaned the vents and cleaned everything as they moved around the house. I feel they are employees the company can be proud of. We are quite pleased with We Fix It Home Services!
